AIDT's Customer Service Training session is focused on identifying different types of customers and improving customer service skills. Training will address and reinforce customer service techniques as well as impact of attitude and actions in the workplace and retention of customers. At the close of this workshop, attendees will be able to:
-- Recognize that service delivery is an "individual response value".
-- Appreciate how your behavior impacts the behavior of others.
-- Develop more confidence and skills as a problem solver.
-- Use the team approach in your customer service role.
A certificate will be given at the end of the class. Seating is limited to the first 20 participants--make your reservation early.
