DESCRIPTION:Customer Service training can help deliver a long-term increase in sales and customer loyalty and is crucial to the success of any organization that works with people. This workshop will give you the opportunity to share ideas\, draw from the experiences of others\, reinforce skills and build new skills. Not only does each interaction between employee and customer affect the number of customers retained\, but employees with effective customer service skills feel a greater since of value and commitment to their job.\n\n\n\nAIDT's Customer Service Training session is focused on identifying different types of customers and improving customer service skills. Training will address and reinforce customer service techniques as well as impact of attitude and actions in the workplace and retention of customers. At the close of this workshop\, attendees will be able to:\n\n\n\n-- Recognize that service delivery is an "individual response value".\n\n-- Appreciate how your behavior impacts the behavior of others.\n\n-- Develop more confidence and skills as a problem solver.\n\n-- Use the team approach in your customer service role.\n\n\n\nA certificate will be given at the end of the class.
