PRATTVILLE CITYFEST CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER- NEW DATE AND VENUE ANNOUNCED
Prattville, AL – Due to recent weather conditions and concerns for the safety and enjoyment of attendees, the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce has officially rescheduled Prattville CityFest 2025. The event will now take place on Saturday, July 19th at the Fairgrounds at Mac Gray Park, located at 1050 Martin Luther King Drive in Prattville.
With original plans set for earlier this summer, the decision to postpone was made with the community’s best interest in mind. Unfortunately, many venues in the Prattville area, including Pratt Park, were already fully booked for the remainder of the season. Thanks to the support of the City of Prattville and the Parks and Recreation Department, a new location was secured at Mac Gray Park.
“We are incredibly grateful for the community partnerships that made this adjustment possible,” said Patty VanderWal, President. “While the date and venue have changed, we are excited to move forward with a great event that continues the CityFest tradition of fun, music, and celebration.”
CityFest remains one of Prattville’s premier summer events, drawing thousands of attendees each year for live entertainment, food, shopping, and family-friendly activities.
