Prattville Chamber Partners with ACTC for Career Day, Open House

PRATTVILLE, Ala. – The Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce and Autauga County Technology Center will host Career Day for students on March 3, 2022 from 8:00-3:00 P.M., followed by a community open house from 4:30-6:30 P.M. at 1301 Upper Kingston Road, Prattville, AL 36067.

Career Day will feature a variety of exhibitors, made up of local industries and businesses. These organizations will highlight company information and share relevant skill sets for their career paths.

ACTC Principal Brock Dunn said, “Career Day is a fantastic opportunity to connect students and potential employers. It allows for meaningful discussions to ensure students understand the various aspects of their potential career choice. We are extremely excited to host Career Day 2022 and we look forward to seeing everyone there.”

ACTC provides a diverse curriculum designed to prepare students for entry into the workforce or for further study in the postsecondary setting. This institution offers courses that link school-based learning with career-related experiences. Their programs focus on fields related to information technology, auto mechanics, cosmetology, early childhood education and more.
