Effective communication is the key to getting you where you want to be in your job.  Communication is an essential skill for successful performance having the power to destroy or build relationships.  This session will examine the four forms of interpersonal communication and barriers in productive communication and how to overcome the barriers. The presentation will last approximately 40 minutes, with discussion and Q&A following.
