Your Chamber is excited to partner with AIDT and Central Alabama Works! to bring free virtual Leadership Skills II Development Training to our members, FREE and virtually in the comfort of your home or office! 

The Leadership Development Program, a highly sought-after three course program from AIDT, introduces team leaders, managers and supervisors, to effective leadership responsibilities, communication skills, teamwork, and motivation techniques. Businesses and Industries are encourage to register employees for this two-day training course that focuses on advanced topics of supervision.
 
This second course (of three) in the Leadership Skills Development series helps participants to learn how to overcome obstacles, acquire time management skills, interacting and influencing, and much more! Individuals that attended the Leadership I course are encouraged to take Leadership II and earn the AIDT Certified Leader II Certificate.
