Hiring a person to write your business plan or “finding” one on the internet is not advisable. When writing down your business plan, you're focused on your business, which forces business owners to take a good look at ALL aspects of the business. A good business plan serves as a tool for better and more effective management, and also helps to identify opportunities and challenges, while focusing your attention on important questions.

The process of writing a business plan can be a daunting task –but it is crucial for your business to succeed!
