The Productivity Formula
Time management isn’t a skill you are born with- it’s something you learn. People who develop the ability to manage their time have an advantage in today’s workplace. Organizations are increasing pressure to do more, faster, and with less. This session will explore zeroing your inbox and managing competing priorities by offering practical advice to maximize your effectiveness.


About the Presenter:
Alana consults in the areas of productivity and training. During her tenure with AUM Outreach, she has worked to find efficiencies through business process re-engineering and computer productivity training. Additionally, she has assisted with organizational change efforts through analysis of client needs and implementation of potential solutions. Prior to joining the Outreach, Alana worked in higher education with student organizations. She conducted organizational evaluations, streamlined student policies, and facilitated leadership development for more than 70 student groups including Student Government and Greek organizations.
Alana earned a Master of Education with a focus in Clinical Mental Health and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the University of Montevallo.
