Businesses and Industries are encourage to register employees for this two-day training course that focuses on advanced topics of supervision. \n\n \n\nThis second course (of three) in the Leadership Skills Development series helps participants to learn how to overcome obstacles\, acquire time management skills\, interacting and influencing\, and much more! Individuals that attended the Leadership I course are encouraged to take Leadership II and earn the AIDT Certified Leader II Certificate. Attendees must be present both days and pass an online exam to earn the certificate.
