Without leadership that is effective\, it's nearly impossible for businesses to grow and expand!\n\n\n\nThat is why your Prattville Chamber is proud to offer world-class training through Alabama Industrial Development Training (AIDT) and Central Alabama Works! Our members have the opportunity to complete a Leadership Certification Program taught by AIDT's Leadership Training Professionals. Leadership Training is offered in three (3) sessions-- Leadership Skills I Training\, Leadership Skills 2 Training\, and Leadership Skills 3 Training. Each session allows participants to earn individual certification. Once all three sessions are completed\, participants also have the opportunity to earn a special certification. \n\n \n\nWe are currently offering two different dates for our members to participate in AIDT's Leadership Skills 2 Training: April 8th & May 12th. During this course\, attendees will look closer at Time Management\, Interacting and Influencing\, Ethics In Business and more. There is a comprehensive test given after the class\, and if passed offers the credential of "AIDT Certified Leader 2".
