SUMMARY:Leadership Skills 1: Live Virtual Training- March 23-24
DESCRIPTION:Leadership I Skills Training - AIDT Leadership Development training program introduces team leaders\, supervisors and managers to effective leadership responsibilities\, communication skills\, teamwork and motivational techniques.\n\n\n\nThis two-day live virtual online course will focus on skills that all leaders need to be effective. This course is a prerequisite for AIDT's Leadership II Training Class. \n\n\n\nIn order to participate\, registrants will need the following: \n\n \n\n  Access to WiFi via a Smart Phone (not ideal)\, tablet or laptop with camera and microphone. \n\n  A hard copy of the workbook will be mailed to participants\, once accepted. \n\n  Multiple students CAN use the same room\, if each has ear buds equipped with microphones.\n\n  Best option is to isolate students in an office or at home. \n\n\n\nClass size is limited to the first 20 registrants\, so make your reservation early!
