Leadership Development Skills with AIDT offered in Prattville

Our partnership with AIDT brings Leadership Development Skills I to Autauga County!

Leadership Skills I is the recommended course for first-line team leads and/or new supervisors. Companies in Autauga County are invited to send personnel to this AIDT Leadership Development training program, seating is limited to the first 20 participants. 

This class is a two-day format and is designed for currently employed Alabama citizens who are in leadership roles in their respective companies. The course introduces team leaders, supervisors, and managers to effective leadership responsibilities, communication skills, teamwork and motivation techniques. 
 
Upon completion, attendees will receive AIDT's Certified Leader Certification after passing a written exam. 
 
Leadership Skills I- June 20-21, 2017
Leadership Skills II- September 6-7, 2017
Leadership Skills III- October 12, 2017


Classes only $25 per person, and includes lunch.
