In this session, you will learn to identify negative emotions as they occur and recognize how these negative emotions occur. We will explore the five most frequently encountered negative emotions. We will examine the use of “self-awareness and processing” as a workplace and home life tool. Finally, you will be encouraged to develop a plan to manage all negative emotions at work. The presentation will last approximately 40 minutes, with discussion and Q&A following.
